Yes! We will work with you to buy new software, load it on your desktop and move over client files from existing contact sources. Once you are loaded, we will take you up to the server. We can also assist you with upgrading and renewing your manufacturer's technical support, prior to going live.

What versions of AgentOffice (On-Line Agent), Agent 2000 & Executive Agent can I run online?
In order to ensure the highest quality service, all databases are automatically maintained at the latest Version level. To maintain our ability to host your software online, we require that you purchase upgrades as they are made available by the manufacturer. We also recommend you maintain your manufacturer's technical support - for $110.00 per year it is a wise investment.

How is this different than Top Producer's 7i®?
eAgentServer™ is a forum on which you run your desktop software. There is never any issue about switching from the internet application and going back to running on your desktop. Version 6 on your desktop is identical to Version 6 on the web.

You can back your data up to your hard drive as often as you want. All data comes down, not just basic contact information. There are no restrictions on what data you can take with you if you decide to stop your online access. Top Producer 7i only allows you to export basic contact information should you discontinue their services.

If you decide that you no longer need eAgentServer™ access, we will transfer your database to you via FTP and help you restore it to your Desktop.

How many user accounts do I need?
Each user needs to have their own user account. Each user can access from as many different computers as they want. A user account is unique and cannot be shared with others.

Where is my data stored?
On a private and complex server system that only you and your authorized users have access to. Our Server System is located in Philadelphia, PA. Files are backed up daily, and you can back up your data to your own hard drive.

Do I need high speed internet connections or a dedicated IP address?
No. eAgentServer™ runs best on high speed, but 56K is adequate and you do not require a static IP.

Can I print on my printers?
Yes. When we set you up, your printer services are mapped.

Can I add users at a later date?
Yes. Your Agent Productivity Software comes "out of the box" networkable, in a cabled environment, for yourself and 5 assistants. As with your Desktop product, you can add assistants anytime for US$125.00 per user, when you have used the 6 user licenses available with your initial purchase.
